The Vision, Edition 1, G. Steven Simons
Proverbs 29:18 Where there is no vision, the people are let loose (or unrestrained or scattered - unorganized, without direction, another translation says: Where there is no vision, the people perish…),…
Having a vision given by The Master is very important for the body of Messiah. Vision is an impartation of the wisdom and purpose of YAH. The Scripture says that without vision, the people are unorganized and scattered - in other words, they are not unified in purpose. In reality, nothing gets accomplished without vision.
The Bible is filled with examples of men and women who received a vision, a clear understanding of the will and purpose of YAH, who went on to accomplish greatness for Elohim. YAH gave Moshe a vision of the children of Israel being delivered from Egypt. Yehoshua had a vision of bringing Israel into the Promised Land. Deborah had a vision of the righteous judgment of Israel. Zerubbabel had a vision of rebuilding the Temple. Yeshua had a vision of redeeming mankind from their sins. Sha'ul had a vision of teaching the Gentiles how to be reconciled to YAH through belief in Yeshua - a belief that produces obedience. These are all examples of men and women receiving vision from The Master and being empowered by The Master to carry it out for HIS esteem and praise.
Every great biblical event in history began with men and women receiving a vision and acting on what they saw. The Maccabees saw a free Israel worshiping under the right-rulings of the Torah and fought their oppressors until the vision was a reality. The early believers in Yeshua saw the Good News of belief in Yeshua spread throughout Yerushalayim and met house to house sharing the message until tens of thousands of Jews believed and the whole city heard.
Vision is not just for biblical figures. It's for everyday believers as well. The Almighty is still giving vision to all who have eyes to see, ears to hear, and hearts to act. HE has a plan for each of our lives individually and corporately and is constantly revealing it - if we are dialed into HIS frequency and are watchful in the Spirit. The truth is, if you can SEE it, you can BE it. If you can BELIEVE it, you can ACHEIVE it and if you are willing to ACT in perseverance you can see it COME TO PASS!
Mark 11:20 And in the morning, passing by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. (21) Then Kěpha (Peter), remembering, said to Him, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree which You cursed has withered.” (22) And יהושע (Yeshua) answering, said to them, “Have belief in Elohim (or believe what Elohim shows you and act upon it.). (23) “For truly, I say to you, whoever says (in belief) to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says (that which YAH has revealed to him), shall be done, he shall have whatever he says (or it shall come to pass). (24) “Because of this I say to you, whatever you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them.”
So the vision Elohim reveals to you must be believed and acted upon as if it had already come to pass - and it will! Vision becomes reality when one believes without doubting and acts as if it had already come to pass. That's powerful! The whole process begins with a vision. We must be clear concerning what The Almighty wants us to do and be steadfast and diligent in our actions. Our vision must be focused like a laser beam. There is a cost to seeing YAH's vision come to pass, but there is nothing more rewarding and satisfying than being a part of something greater than ourselves and fulfilling the great task given to us by YAH. The ultimate reward is to hear Yeshua say, "Well done good and faithful servant." To hear Him say well done, we must be committed to doing WELL what He has shown us!
YAH has given us at Triumph In Truth Ministries/Triumph Family a vision to impact the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and the world. We must be ready to believe it and act upon it to see it become a reality. Stay tuned to these ebulletins for the details. Be prayerful concerning the vision and prepare your heart for the exciting days ahead!
ABBA, prepare our hearts for the great vision you have given us. May we be willing to believe it and diligently act upon it to see it come to pass. We want to hear Yeshua say, "Well done good and faithful servant!" In Yeshua's Name. HalleluYah!
